A personal project by Mohammad Sabokrou

Mehr

A little clarity when someone asks for help.

Someone asks you for food, money or another essential. You want to help, but feel unsure what to do. Mehr asks a few practical questions and suggests a next step, with the evidence and calculations there if you want to look closer.

Use it directly in your browser

Tap Open web app to start on your phone, tablet or computer. Choose your language, describe what you know about the request, and set an amount you can safely spare after your own essentials.

Mehr may suggest buying the agreed item, offering a specific amount, checking something first, or declining. You decide whether to act. Internet is required.

Add it to your phone, if you prefer

You can also add Mehr to your Home Screen. It opens the same web app and uses the latest available version.

Understand the suggestion

Mehr is an experimental decision aid. Its suggestions depend on your answers, the available evidence and stated assumptions. It cannot establish whether a particular person is telling the truth. Open Evidence in the app to inspect sources, dates and calculations.

Mehr does not take payments or collect donations. Request wording is optional; avoid entering names, phone numbers or other identifying details.
